Orders placed by 2:00 pm will ship the same day for all in-stock items.

Most items are shipped from our Rotterdam, NY office via UPS or FedEx Ground. Because of our centralized location all orders shipping to New York, New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Delaware, and Southern Maine will arrive in in ONE BUSINESS DAY via UPS ground.

National Direct Reprographics will make every effort to select the most cost effective way to ship your product.  Remeber that certain items will be too large or heavy for FedEx or UPS. This includes most equipment, and in those cases, shipping by truck is going to be the best option. Please call us for a shipping quote on such items. Also please note that certain items (ammonia, for example) is classified as HazMat by UPS, and will incur an extra charge for shipping.
